In your Distance Reiki session, I begin at the top of your head, moving healing energy all the way down to the bottom of your feet. Along the way, I open and align all your chakras, get your energy flowing through all your extremities, and send healing light to all your aches, pains, and illnesses! During the session I am also reading your energy, picking up messages from your spirit guides and ancestors, and utilizing energetic emotional body mapping techniques to determine areas in your life that could use specific spiritual or energetic attention.
