FREEDOM IN YOUR HEADSPACE FOR WELLNESS IN THE WORKPLACE

I have good news, and I have bad news.

The bad news is that over half of American workers report experiencing at least a moderate level of burnout, with the majority of those stating their burnout has only worsened since the start of the pandemic.

Burnout leads to higher turnover rates, reduced productivity and increased absenteeism—all of which affect their employers’ bottom line.

And while we’re talking about your bottom line, let’s chat numbers: 77% of turnover is preventable, and each employee that leaves costs their employer approximately 1/3 of their salary (ouch. Insert that flying money emoji here).

But here’s the good news!

Statistics show that corporate wellness programs can lead to improved employee health and lifestyle changes, and can also contribute to reduced stress and burnout, increased job satisfaction, and higher morale.

When it comes to company ROI, many studies show a significant average return, with some indicating as high as $6 saved for every $1 invested in employee wellness initiatives.

Over 90% of companies that track ROI on their wellness programs report positive returns.

72% of companies saw reduced healthcare costs after adopting a wellness program.

Wellness programs can reduce absenteeism by up to 16%. 56% of employees reported using fewer sick days due to wellness programs.

Organizations with wellness initiatives experienced a 20% boost in employee productivity. Nearly 99% of HR leaders evaluating their programs found improved employee productivity.

70% of employees enrolled in wellness programs report higher job satisfaction.

And a whopping 89% of employees with wellness programs report being happy with their job and would recommend the company

So, you see, burnout can easily be addressed and prevented—with the right resources at your disposal.

What should I expect from a Corporate Wellness Day?

>> BOOSTED MORALE << I’ll work with your individual employees to help them find the relaxation and refreshment they need to get back in the game with their full investment of energy

>> BETTER WORKPLACE ENERGY << ever walk into a space and just feel like the energy is off? Well, a lot of that has to do with our individual electromagnetic fields, so once you and your co-workers are feeling aligned and cleared, you’ll notice the office space feels different too!

>> IMPROVED FOCUS << In a quick Reiki or Life Coaching session, we’ll get to the root of your blockages and I’ll guide you through what needs to happen next in order for you to get back on track.

>> EMPLOYEE GRATITUDE << want to show your employees your gratitude for all their hard work and dedication? What better way than to give them a deeply relaxing and enriching experience in the middle of their workday?

>> A GROUP BONDING EXPERIENCE << Reiki is a unique and different experience that not many have tried before, and even though it’s been around for centuries and is used by surgeons in hospitals before they perform surgery and in cancer wards by those administering chemotherapy to patients, it’s still not as mainstream as you might think. Reiki is something you and your co-workers will have in common and be able to bond over!

>> MORE CREATIVITY << My stress reduction techniques free up mind-space so you and your team can be more creative, better at problem solving, and more prepared for handling whatever high-stakes situations come for you.

FAQs

How much does a Corporate Wellness Day Cost?

My fee is $200 an hour, so the cost will depend on how long you have me at your offices.

I require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder can be paid within 2 weeks of the services having been rendered.

I also offer discounts for companies who book me at least once per quarter.

Do you do Corporate Wellness Days via distance, or only in person?

I absolutely can offer my services to your employees in person or via distance. Contact me to see how we can create a customized wellness offering for you that suits the needs of all of your employees, regardless of whether they work remotely or in your offices.

How long are sessions?

I offer 30 or 60 minute group Reiki experiences, and 1:1 sessions with individual employees are 10-30 minutes each, depending on your preferences.

Life and Leadership Coaching sessions are 45 or 60 minutes.

Workhops are 30-60 minutes depending on your specific preferences, and can be offered multiple times per day to ensure everyone has the chance to participate.

What kind of companies do you work at?

I work at any and all companies, from huge conglomerates to mom and pops.

What kind of space will you need for your in-person wellness offerings?

For 1:1 Reiki sessions, I’ll need a quiet, private space, such as an office with a door that can close, that is large enough for me to set up my massage table.

For Life Coaching Sessions, I’ll just need a private space, such as an office with a door, or permission to leave the building to go on a walk with the employees I’m coaching.

For group workshops and Reiki sessions, a conference room will do nicely.

How will employees feel after Reiki sessions with you?

You may feel any number of sensations, including tingling, waves of exuberance, flow state, happiness, relaxation, and euphoria. You may feel incredibly energized, or even like you need to lay down and integrate by taking a nap.
